Wayfaring

Poking around on Pinterest today and found this.

I am having to hold myself back from running to the garage to rip apart the rest of the pallet waiting for me down there. This is definitely the project for that!! I think it would be the best piece of art for my classroom!

But I need your help! Which literary places should I highlight? I like the ones pictured, but know there are others I should feature.
Do you have a favorite childhood book with an unforgettable location? Have you read a book recently that would inspire a young reader?
Leave me a comment and let me know!

  1. I LOVE this idea! Here are a few of my favorites off the top of my head...
    Neverland - from Peter Pan.
The Secret Garden - from The Secret Garden.
Paddington Station - from A Bear Called Paddington.
Pooh Corner - from Winnie the Pooh.
Sherwood Forest - from The Merry Adventure of Robin Hood.
Grandma's House - from Red Riding Hood.
I will post more if I think of them!
(The book titles should be underlined, I know, but the posting site won't let me.)
